George Ivanihin
Certified Professional Inspector
-
George built his career on understanding a house as one connected system. As an energy efficiency consultant, he completed more than 2,000 residential energy audits, studying how insulation, air barriers, ventilation, and heating all affect each other. He used blower-door testing and building envelope surveys to spot air leaks and moisture issues before they turned into bigger problems.
-
That systems mindset carries straight into home inspection. George looks past the individual component and asks how it connects to everything else in the house, so clients get a clearer picture of what they’re buying. Clients who’ve worked with him consistently point to the same thing: he explains what he finds in plain language, and takes the time to make sure it actually makes sense.
