Andrew White-Jenkins
Certified Professional Inspector
- Andrew White-Jenkins is a thorough and meticulous guy. He’s both a people-person and someone who likes to look into the nooks and crannies to see where something might need attention. “At home I fix the little things; that matters to me.” During a home inspection, Andrew looks at the big systems, but is also someone who notices the details. “I have a strong sense of feeling responsible for making sure all the facts are on the table so people can be thoroughly informed.”
- Andrew comes to inspection with experience working on systems both inside and outside the home. From setting up commercial irrigation systems around industrial buildings to installation of high-end appliances in luxury kitchens, Andrew knows his way around a building. He is methodical and meticulous in everything he does. “Inspection takes careful attention, a keen eye and follow-through to explain it all to your client,” he says. “I love it when you’re explaining a key system, and the client has an aha moment, a revelation. Oh! That’s how that works.”
- His strength of character, good nature, and strong dedication to responsibility are all traits that Andrew brings to those he works with. He is the guy that follows through when he offers to help; he’s the one that actually shows up on moving day to help load the truck.
- Andrew loves the whole inspection process, but admits he has a favorite area of the house. “I’m the guy fascinated by the attic and the roof,” he says. “Nobody goes there—most people will tell you it’s untouched.”
